          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri Rajesh Sharma, Counsel for Complainant has been authorised to settle the complaint with OP and have received an amount of               Rs. 14,150/- (Rupees Fourteen thousand one hundred and fifty only), as full and final settlement.   Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
