2.         Shivam Communication through its Proprietor Shri Sudesh Kumar at SCO No.38, First Floor, Sector-11, Panchkula.

Mr.Suresh Kumar, Prop., OP No.2 and authorized representative for the Op No.1.

                       

                       

                        Mr.Suresh Kumar, Prop., OP No.2 and authorized representative for the Op No.1 appeared against notice u/s 27 of the CPA and tendered a cheque of Rs.20,398/- vide bearing No.720923 dated 12.11.2015 drawn IDBI Bank in compliance of order under execution and stated that order under execution has been fully complied with.

The counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he has received cheque of Rs.20,398/- vide bearing No.720923 dated 12.11.2015 in compliance of order under execution application. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
