Rahul Versus HTC India Pvt. Ltd. & Others.

CC No. 107 of 2016.

 

Present: Sh. Sumeet Garg, Advocate, counsel for complainant. 

              Sh. Shiv Raj Singh Representative of Service Centre on behalf of OPs.  

 

                        Today the case was fixed for compromise in National Lok Adalat. As both the parties have compromised in National Lok Adalat held on 11.11.2016, Representative of OPs Sh. Shiv Raj as well as counsel for complainant have given their statements to this Forum recorded separately. As per compromise, OPs are ready to replace the defective mobile of the complainant  with HTC 828 model subject to deposition of old mobile alongwith accessories within a period of 30 days and counsel for the complainant is ready to accept the same. Both the parties shall be bound by their statements. As per compromise, the OPs are directed to replace the old mobile with new one within a period of 30 days otherwise complainant shall be at liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of this Forum as per law. The present complaint stands disposed off accordingly. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
