Present:       Complainant Sh.Hakam Singh in person.

          Sh.Mohit, Centre Head of M/s HTC Corporation/OP2.

                   OP3 exparte.

          Sh.Mohit, Centre Head of M/s HTC Corporation/OP2 has come present and suffered a statement that he has received the old hand set from the complainant with accessories and handed over the new mobile set with accessories of the same make and model unconditionally with warranty of one year from today.

          On the other hand, complainant Sh.Hakam Singh has suffered a statement that he has handed over the old hand set with accessories to Mr.Mohit, Centre Head of M/s HTC Corporation and received a new mobile set with accessories of the same make and model with warranty of one year from today. Now nothing is due against the OPs. As such, he withdraws the present complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. 

          In view of statement suffered by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record room.
