ORDER

 

 

 

1. The present appeal has been preferred by the complainant against the order dated 07.03.2023 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Panchkula whereby her complaint was partly allowed.
2. The present miscellaneous application No.2101 of 2024 has been filed by the appellant/complainant for withdrawing the appeal as she does not want to pursue the same.
3. Heard. The appeal already stands adjourned to 13.03.2025 for the purpose of service of the respondents. The miscellaneous application is allowed and the Registry is directed to put up the appeal today itself.
4. In view of above, the appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
6. A copy of this order be provided to the parties free of cost as mandated by the law. The order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
