                     As per office report, court notice issued to the complainant received back unserved with a report that despite best efforts the whereabouts of the complainant is not known. Perusal of the file reveals that this complaint received  by transfer from  Panchkula on the application of complainant by the order of State Commission and thereafter several time notice to complainant has been issued several times on her address as  mentioned in the complaint itself and on other documents, which received back unserved with same report. Notice to complainant have been issued five times but in vain. In these circumstances no purpose would be served by keeping the file pending for the same purpose. Thus complaint stands dismissed for want of prosecution, with a direction as and when complainant will appear in court she may file an application  for restoration of the same disclosing the reason for not receiving the summon issued to her repeatedly. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance
