     At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Vikas Kuthiala, Counsel for Complainant has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and hence under the instructions of complainant, he withdraws the present consumer complaint being settled. In view of the statement of counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.
