ORDER

BY PRESIDENT THIRU. G.VINOBHA, M.A.,B.L.,

          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.1986.

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite parties 1 and 2 to pay a sum of Rs.2 lakhs towards mental agony and loss of reputation and to pay a sum of Rs.1 lakh as a compensation towards paining and suffering and to pay a complaint a sum of Rs.25,000/- as compensation towards the litigation expenses.       Opposite parties counsel present.  Complainant and complainant counsel absent.  Inspite of notice sent to them.  Cover returned as unclaimed.  Intimation delivery.  Complainant notice was served for the hearing 20.05.2022.  Complainant has no interest in prosecution the matter.  Sufficient time given.   Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.
