          The complaint which was referred to mediation centre has been settled. The settlement order of mediation centre have been received. In terms of the settlement made at the mediation centre, counsel for OP-2 have handed over a DD for an amount of Rs. 75,000/- to the complainant. The complainant in return have handed over HP Pavilion Notebook 15-AU628TX alongwith its accessories. Since, both the parties have complied the settlement order of the mediation centre, the compliant stands disposed of.

          Copy of the order be given to both the parties dasti.

          File be consigned to Record Room.
