                        OP has offered Rs. 60,000/- to Complainant as full and final settlement for which complainant also give his consent. OP handed over DD to the Complainant.  

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
