            The complainant in this case had last appeared on 09.012020. Thereafter there was outbreak of corona pandemic. The complainant did not appear on 10.3.2021 and  25.02.2022. Today also the complainant is not represented before us.  We find from the record that though evidence by way of affidavit has been filed by the complainant but  written arguments have not  been filed by him despite opportunities.  It appears that the complainant is not interested in further pursuing the  matter.  Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
