1^ST NATIONAL  LOK-ADALAT ON DT. 11.02.2023.

            The matter is posted today for “ 1^st National Lok Adalat, 2023.  The complainant is present today and filed one withdrawal petition on dated 31.01.2023.  In the withdrawal petition, the complainant stating that the matter has already settled between the parties as compromised outside the commission and the complainant wants to close the above consumer case.

            After repaired the HP Laptop (155-FR 2006TU) worth Rs. 51,000/- (Rupees fifty one thousand) only by the O.Ps, the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case.  Heard the petition and it is allowed.

            Accordingly, in the interest of the justice, the consumer complaint is disposed of as withdrawn on the basis of the withdrawal petition filed by the complainant on the occasion of 1^st National Lok Adalat, 2023.

            Issue extract of the order to the concerned parties.
