JUDGMENT

Per Sri Sushil Kumar,  Member-   This appeal has been directed against the judgment and order dated 8.3.2013 passed by the Ld. District Commission, Ghaziabad in complaint case no.87 of 2012 whereby the ld. District Commission has dismissed the complaint on the ground that in this regard a civil suit is pending before the Civil Court and further it is also find out that the nature of the complaint is criminal nature. Therefore, the same is not maintainable.

          The findings of the ld. District Commission is according to the pleadings of the parties hence, no interference is  required. The appeal deserves to be dismissed.    

ORDER

          Appeal is dismissed.
