In the present petition, the petitioner has made the following prayer :

1. To transmit the accompanying Execution Application along with annexures to the Bangalore IV Additional District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Bangalore for execution of the order of the Supreme Court.

Alongwith the present petition, petitioner has filed IA No.1/2013 making the following prayers:

1. To direct the Bangalore IV Additional District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum to schedule the hearings on a day-to-day basis in the interest of justice and conclude the execution proceedings at the earliest possible.

    

2. To direct the Bangalore IV Additional District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum to inform the Petitioner of the date of hearing through internet messaging on e-mail id

          In view of the provisions of order XLV Rule 15, Sub Rule 1 & 2 of Code of Civil Procedure, we allow this revision petition.  Accordingly, we direct the registry to remit the present execution petition filed before this Commission to the Bangalore IV Additional District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Bangalore for its disposal in accordance with provision of law.

With these observations, the present petition stands disposed of.
