                    Today the execution is fixed for awaiting further order of the Hon’ble State Commission. Counsel for the Ops has placed on record a photocopy of order of the Hon’ble State Commission dated 20.11.2015 in revision petition No.107 of 2014 tilted as The Housing Board vs. Mohan Lal Jain in which order of this Forum has been set aside by the Hon’ble State Commission. In view of the order of the Hon’ble State Commission, the present execution application has become infractuous and the same is hereby disposed off accordingly.

                    A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
