1. Housing Board Haryana, Shop No.35-38, Near Main Post Office, Estate Branch, Panipat, through its Estate Manager, Panipat.
2. Housing Board Haryana, Plot No.C-15, Awas Bhawan Sector-6, Panchkula through its Chief Revenue Officer/ Chief Administrator.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present: Sh. Surjeet Chauhan, counsel for the complainant.

              

       Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered.

       At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on technical ground and sought permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law.     

              In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies of the same. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
