        Today the case is fixed for evidence of the complainant.

                At the stage, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to effect that the OP has made the payment to the complainant after making deduction, therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the present complaint being compromised. 

                In view of the above statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
