Present:       Sh. Manoj Kumar, Adv. for complainant.

                   OPs exparte vide order dt.11.6.2024.

                  

                   Today the case is fixed for consideration of the statement made by the complainant on 06.08.2024.                  

                   Heard.The counsel for complainant has made a statement before this Commission that he has received the payment from the OPs, he does not want to puruse the present complaint further and wants to withdraw the present complaint. His statement in this regard recorded separately on 06.08.2024.

                    In view of above statement of counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands settled and disposed off. The complainant shall be bound by his own statement. Copy of the order be supplied to both the parties free of costs.

                   File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
