Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

There are concurrent findings of two fora below. The petitioner had defaulted in payments as a result of which possession of the house was taken back. The petitioner had filed an appeal before the District Magistrate and after the appeal was accepted vide order dated 13.6.2006, the complainant again started

making payment of instalments. The possession of the house in question was delivered back to him. In the facts and circumstances of the matter, two fora below came to the conclusion that there was no deficiency in service on the part of the respondent and the complaint was dismissed by the District Forum.  The appeal filed by the petitioner against the said order was also dismissed. In view of this, there is no merit in this revision, as I do not find any irregularity, illegality or jurisdictional error in the orders of the fora below.

Revision is accordingly dismissed with no order as to costs.
