ORDER

Present:          Sh. Anand Singh Dabas, Adv. for complainant.

                        Sh. Anand Godara, Adv. for JDs.

                        Sh. Amandeep Phogat, Advocate for PNB, Sector-8, Panchkula.

 

 

                                Today the case is fixed for consideration on the statement made by the parties on 14.08.2024.

                    As per contents of statements recorded by this Commission on 14.08.2024, the counsel for the DH stated that DH has received DD No.539223 amounting to Rs.5,15,163/- dt.13.8.2024 and withdraws his complaint.

          Sh. Amandeep Phogat, Advocate for PNB, Sector-8, Panchkula has  also made a statement that we gave demand draft No.539223 to DH amounting to Rs.5,15,163/-. Photocopy of the demand draft placed on record.

          Hence, in view of above statement of the parties, the present execution petition  stands dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of the order be supplied to both the parties free of costs.

                   File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
