2.         Nokia India Pvt. Ltd., SCO No.60-61-62, 4th Floor, Sector 17-C, Chandigarh.

 

3.         M/s Eiko Infosys Pvt. Ltd., SCF No.70, 2nd Floor, Phase 7, Mohali.

                                                            ORDER

 

                          The matter has been amicably settled between the parties. The complainant has received refund of invoice amount of Rs.13,350/- vide cheque dated 1.5.2010 in his favour towards his defective handset in question and hence he withdraws his execution application as fully satisfied. The old handset in question with accessories has been returned to counsel for OP No.2 by the complainant. Statement of the parties to that effect has been recorded separately. Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
