Today matter is listed for arguments on admission. In this complaint, Complainant prayed for refund of disputed amount wherein during the argument, Complainant states that he had already received the refund and is waiting for penal action which we have observed that same is already pending in the concerned Police Station and is outside of our domain. Secondly, his main grievance is settled by OP much prior to filing of present complaint, nothing survives. Hence the present complaint is dismissed in limine.
