Complainant and opposite party absent. No representation. Today case is posted for the evidence of the complainant. When the case came up for consideration, today it is noticed that the complainant was continuously absent since 19-07-2022 and not adduced any evidence, inspite of giving sufficient opportunities for the same. In the above circumstances, we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with complaint. In view of the above discussion, we find that this is a fit case to be dismissal for default. In the result, the complaint is dismissed.
