                   Applicant Sh.Ajay Kumar alongwith counsel Sh.Sunil Sharma, Adv. has suffered a statement that he has received the registration certificate of his vehicle bearing registration no.PB-10FC-6844 as well as Rs.5000/- compensation and Rs.2000/- as litigation cost and Rs.2000/- of penalty. Now nothing is due against the respondent/J.D. As such, he withdraws the present execution application and the same may kindly be dismissed as satisfied.

                   In view of statement suffered by applicant Sh.Ajay Kumar, the present execution application stands dismissed as satisfied. File be consigned to record room.
