Counsel for OP has brought two cheques total amounting to Rs.9100/-, which Sh.Sonu Baghla, authorized representative of complainant has received and made statement, which is reproduced as under:- “Statement of Sh.Sonu Baghla s/o Sh.D.K.Baghla, Authorized Representative of Complainant. I have received two cheques total amounting to Rs.9100/-; first cheque of Rs.5900/- bearing No.110398, dated 14.1.2010 drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd. New Delhi payable at par and second cheque of Rs.3200/- bearing No.884496, dated 12.2.2010 drawn on ABN Amro Bank N.V. Noida, both in favour of complainant from Ms.Kuldeep Kaur Ghumman, Advocate for OP, which includes decretal amount, interest and costs of execution petition. I withdraw the present execution application being satisfied. Photocopy of the cheques is being placed on record.” 2. In view of the statement made by representative of complainant, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied. 3. The certificate issued to the Collector, Chandigarh, under Section 25(3) of the C.P.Act is hereby cancelled and be called back. 4. Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties.
