          “Case is called out.

None is present on behalf of the appellants, although Sh. Sanjay Yadav, learned counsel for the appellants was present on 13.05.2022.  After that, none is appearing on behalf of the appellants.

However, in the interest of justice, one more opportunity is provided to the appellants.

Put up on 23.08.2022 for hearing on substitution application.”

Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the appellants even today.

It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellants.

Let the record be consigned.
