R.K.BISHNOI, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

 

          In view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.1/complainant impugned dated 10.05.2016 passed by learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Narnaul is set-aside and complaint No.179 of 2012 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint on the same very cause of action before competent Fora. However, in terms of judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Laxmi Engineering Works Versus PSG Industries Institute (1995) 3 SCC 583, the respondent No.1/complainant may seek exemption/condonation of the time spent before the State Commission and District Fora.
