CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO.   206 OF  2010

ORDER

 

          Sh. Sandeep Suri, Counsel for OP has made the following statement, recorded separately:-

            “The OP offers to pay a sum of Rs.2500/- in full and final settlement of the dispute, within a period of 30 days from today”.

          Sh. Sunil K. Dixt, Counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately:-

            “I accept the offer. The case be disposed off accordingly”.

            In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, it is ordered that OP shall pay a sum of Rs.2500/- in full & final settlement of the dispute within 30 days from today failing which the OP shall pay the above said amount along with interest @18% p.a. from the date of filing of this complaint till the date of realization.

            Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

            Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
