The matter has been settled between the complainant and OP for an amount of Rs. 1,60,000/- paid by the OP to the complainant as full and final settlement by way of DD, in terms of judgement of this court dated 29.08.2022.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed off as settled. Copy of this order be given Dasti.
