          The case was taken up today in the Lok Adalat. The learned counsel for complainant has made statement that since the matter has been settled between the complainant & OPs and the complainant has executed a satisfaction note dated 4.4.2010, copy of which is placed on record as mark “X”, hence he may kindly be permitted to withdraw the complaint as satisfied. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

          Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
