Rajinder Kumar Vs. Honda Motorcycle.

 

    Present:   Shri Vishal Saini, Advocate for the complainant.

                                                                         

                Complaint u/s 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 presented today. It be checked and registered.

                At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered a statement regarding withdrawal of present complaint on technical grounds, with permission to file afresh on the same cause of action. Heard.

                Keeping in view the above-mentioned statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint, on same cause of action, after removing the technical defect, if any. File be consigned to the records.
