ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                                      JUDGMENT

            It is stated in para 17 of written version that “on 13.02.2016 the present O.P. No.2 appeared and on 01.02.2016 the complainant produced the vehicle as per the instruction of the O.P’s the complainant produced the vehicle in the work shop of the O.P. No.2 for a details verification of the engine side which is done by the technical experts of the O.P. No.1 in replacing some valuable parts desired by the complainant i.e. crank shaft, piston cylinder, silencer, rocker, battery etc. and on 01.3.2016 the vehicle was ready for delivery. On 02.3.2016 the complainant after verifying the sound, smoothness, driving comfort and feel efficiency personally received the vehicle from the O.P. No.2 with a satisfaction note with a commitment to withdraw the complain”.

            To which complainant has not filed any reply. Both parties are absent even on getting notice from this Commission for which we presume that dispute has been settled for which complainant has not grievance. Accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed being infructuous.
