Final Order / Judgement

Order below section 36(2) of Consumer Protection Act 2019

Heard Complainant in person. Perused Complaint filed by the complainant and document annexed along with complaint at the stage of admission of complaint below section 36(2) of CPAct 2019.

It is observed that ,allegations made in complaint by the complainant are  in regard of seeking CCTV CAMERA FOOTAGE dated 27/1/22 as per letter dated 31/1/22 between 2.45 to 3.30 PM  but opposite party denied stating no camera footage  available so complainant is seeking further information from  opposite party that, why no camera footage no available. However complainant failed to prove that, whether he paid any separate charges towards getting said footage, also complainant not disclosed for what purpose he is seeking said CCTV footage. Complainant also failed to submit that, whether General body of society permits board of director to provide CCTV footage to any member on his demand.

We are of the opinion that, present complaint is not entertain able below provisions of CP Act 2019. So in view of abovementioned points we are of the opinion that this complaint cannot be admitted against opposite party. We pass order as follows:

                                            ORDER

  1. CC N.22/53 is hereby rejected against opposite parties below section 36(2) of Consumer Protection Act 2019
  2. No order as to cost.
