Sh.Gurdarshan Sharma, Proprietor/complainant has made a separate following statement before this Commission:-

“Stated that due to some technical defect I withdraw the present complaint. However, Commission is requested to give liberty to file it afresh on the same cause of action.”

In view of the aforesaid statement made by Sh.Gurdarshan Sharma, Proprietor, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is given liberty to file afresh complaint on the same cause of action, if he so desires. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties, free of costs. However, the complainant may obtained the original documents filed in the complaint, if he so desires. File be consigned to record room.
