Present complainant in person and Counsel for OP-1 and filed compromise dated 10.02.2018 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP-3 has made payment of Rs.4,800/- to the complainant towards full & final settlement. The complainant has stated that no grievance is left and case be disposed of.

In view of above,the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
