COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019.

Present:-      Complainant in person.

                     None for the OP No.1.

                     Defence of OP No.3 already struck off vide order dated 11.04.2019.

None for the Ops No.2 and 4 (Defence of OPs No.2 and 4 already struck off vide order dated 11.04.2019).

 

                    Today, the case is fixed for consideration on the statement made by the Complainant as well as OP No.2 on 26.03.2021, regarding settlement of the dispute between the parties and submission of compliance report. At this stage, the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint as the dispute has been settled between the parties and now, nothing is due against the OPs, therefore, he wants to withdraw the same being fully satisfied.

                    Heard. In view of the statement made by the Complainant today, the present Complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
