An application has been filed jointly signed by the parties on 30.01.2023, stating that the dispute between the parties has since been settled and an amount of Rs. 6,000/- has been paid to the OP in full and final settlement of the loan amount of the complainant. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted. Complaint is disposed of as settled. Copy of this order be given Dasti.

 File be consigned to the record room.
