     Vide his separate statement recorded on 26.04.2024, Sh.Saurabh Gulia, Counsel for OP has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, No Due Certificate has been issued to complainant for his Loan Number 3909798984. It has been further stated by counsel for OP that the CIBIL score of the complainant will be corrected/updated within 45 days from 26.04.2024. Vide his separate statement recorded on 26.04.2024, Sh.Raj Kumar, Complainant in person has admitted the aforesaid statement of counsel for OP and prayed that the complaint be disposed of in terms of aforesaid settlement in National Lok Adalat.

     In view of the statements made by counsel for OP and complainant in person, the complaint is disposed of as settled. The parties shall be bound by their statements made on 26.04.2024. The award is accordingly passed.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
