Present          :-         Sh. Aman Bajaj Advocate for Complainant

 

File taken up on the application of complainant for early hearing, interalia on two grounds i.e. interim application of the complainant is pending and the OP is demanding the remaining amount during the pendency of proceedings. As far as the application in terms of interim relief is concerned, vide order 13.04.2023 specific order has already been passed that application would be heard alongwith main complaint.

As far as second relief is concerned, written statement of OPs has already come on record stating its defence. Therefore there is no ground for early hearing. Application for early hearing is dismissed.

Put the matter on already date is fixed i.e. 15.03.2024 for RE/CE.
