                   The case suo moto advanced as per the appearance of complainant and the 1^st opposite party and their counsels.  As per the mediation held on 12.06.2012, the matter is settled and accordingly the 1^st opposite party produced pay order for ` 5 lakhs drawn on the South Indian Bank, Adoor in favour of the complainant.  For that memo is produced.  Memo recorded.  Complainant is allowed to collect the pay order today itself.  Complaint disposed accordingly.  No cost.
