Moreover, application for publication also not filed. It appears that the grievance of the complainant has either been redressed or is not interested to pursue with the present complaint. So, the present complaint stands dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Copy of the order be supplied to the complainant free of costs. File be consigned to record room.
