COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:       Mrs.Pooja Bhalla, authorized representative for the complainant.

 

                       

                                    Today the case was fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint. At this stage, authorized representative for the complainant has made a separate statement in which she states that she wants to withdraw her present complaint with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate authority.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate authority. The original complaint be returned to the complainant and a photocopy of the same be retained.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
