Present : None for the complainant 

                            Case called several times since morning and ultimately 4.30 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Perusal of the case file shows that notice sent to the opposite parties received back unserved and case was adjourned to 4.10.2022 for filing correct address of opposite parties. On 4.10.2022, correct address of the opposite parties not filed and case was adjourned to 14.10.2022. On 14.10.2022, quorum was not complete and case was adjourned to 9.11.2022.  From 9.11.2022, case was adjourned to 25.11.2022 and from 25.11.2022, case was adjourned to 14.12.2022 for filing correct address of the opposite parties. On 14.12.2022, none appeared on behalf of the complainant and case was adjourned to 9.1.2023. On 9.1.2023, in the interest of justice, notice to the complainant was sent for his appearance in person or through counsel on 15.2.2023. On 15.2.2023, Ms.Radhika Sharma, Adv.appeared on behalf of the complainant and adjournment was granted for filing correct address of opposite parties for 6.3.2023. Again on 6.3.2023, none appeared on behalf of the complainant and case was adjourned to 22.3.2023. Today, case called several times. But none appeared on behalf of the complainant. It seems that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the present complaint and same is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the record room.
