ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed against 1st opposite party. The 1st opposite party is directed to pay Rs.two lakhs as compensation for the deficiency in service rendered by him to the complainant, along with Rs.2,000/- as cost of this complaint within 2 months of receipt of this order. In case the payment is not made within 2 months, the complainant is entitled for an interest at 12% p.a. on Rs. two lakshs until realisation. The complaint against 2nd opposite party is dismissed since he is only a formal party. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to bothsides parties under C.O.P.
