ORDER

Complaint is allowed only against O.P.1 and dismissed against O.P.2. O.P.1 is directed to pay an amount of Rs.200000/- apart from medical expenses of Rs.30000/- with cost of Rs.10000/- to the complainant by account payee cheque within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the amount shall carry interest from such date at the rate of 12% p.a. till the date of payment. Send certificate copies of this judgement and order to both O.P.s by RPAD and to the complainant under COP.
