I, Parveen Mahajan, Advocate on behalf of the respondent state that appellant is ready and willing to pay the amount of Rs.5,80,000/- by way of demand draft in five monthly installments of Rs.1,00,000/- each and 6th installment of Rs.80,000/-. First installment shall be paid on 7.8.2014. Each subsequent installment shall be paid on the 7th date of each subsequent months. All these installments shall be paid by way of demand drafts.

I have heard the statement made by the Counsel for the appellant. I accept the same as correct. My client shall also withdraw his case u/s 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act against the appellant.
