Perusal of the record shows that complainant lastly appeared on 27.01.2021.  Thereafter neither appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today nor filed Rejoinder and Evidence by way of Affidavit by Complainant. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
