Present Counsel for complainant in person and Sh. Prashant Arora, Counsel for OP-1 and filed compromise dated 10.09.2018 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP-1 is directed to replace the disputed product i.e. Hitachi Split AC with a new model with one year warrantee on the replaced product and OP will pick the old AC from the premises of the complainant within 30 days.Complainant will return the disputed AC to OP. The complainant submitted that he is fully satisfied and submitted that case be disposed of accordingly.

This order shall be complied with by OP-1 within a period of 30 days from the date of order failing which an additional interest @ 10% per annum will be payable on whole of above amount from the date of this order till payment to the complainant. The case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
