On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that last appearance by the complainant was entered into on 23.10.2019 that is almost more than three years ago and thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Quoram cannot inclines to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
