           The complainant/DH wanted to make statement that he did not want to get the defects of the AC removed, rather he wanted to get refund of the price thereof, but thereafter he and his counsel shipped away. None has appeared on his behalf thereafter, despite repeated calls. It is already 3.55 p.m. No further wait is justified. Therefore, execution petition is dismissed in default. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance
